This policy aims to regulate and motivate the performance of the service staff through a structured bonus system based on achieving specific monthly targets in terms of sales and service quality. It applies to all service team members and supervisors in Abu Dhabi and Musaffah branches.
1. Waiter Bonus – Abu Dhabi Branch (Monthly Target: 40,000 AED per person)
– If an employee (waiter, barista, tea specialist, or supervisor) fails to meet their monthly target for two consecutive months, 15% of their basic salary will be deducted starting from the second month. – The deduction will continue monthly until the target is achieved. – Once the target is achieved, the full salary will be reinstated from the following month.
