This official policy outlines the monthly sales targets and commission system for Call Center employees. It is designed to incentivize and reward performance through a progressive and transparent structure.
1. Monthly Sales Targets and Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated based on the total monthly sales achieved by the employee, as follows:
| Level | Monthly Sales (AED) | Commission | Description |
| Poor Performance | Below 55,000 | None | Target not met; no commission awarded |
| Minimum Target | 55,000 – 64,999 | 0% | Minimum threshold met; no commission |
| Commission Level 1 | 65,000 – 74,999 | 1% | Basic performance; commission starts |
| Commission Level 2 | 75,000 – 89,999 | 2% | Advanced performance; increased incentive |
| Outstanding Performance | 90,000 and above | 3% + AED 500 Bonus | Exceptional performance; includes bonus |
2. Underperformance Policy
If an employee consistently fails to meet the minimum sales target (below AED 55,000) for two consecutive months, the following measures will apply:
– A deduction of 15% from the employee’s basic salary will be applied starting from the second month of underperformance.
– The deduction will continue monthly until the employee achieves the primary target (AED 65,000).
– Once the target is met, the deduction will be canceled starting from the following month.
